Two miles East of Orland, Indiana.  Just north of State Road 120.
A landmark for the clinic road is The Garden Shed greenhouse.  The clinic road, 750, is 100-200 yards west of The Garden Shed.

Turn north onto road 750.

The clinic is the second place on the left (west) side of the road.  You will see the number 6995 and also a sign.

Follow the driveway to the back. The clinic is in the lower level.

Just come on in and rest in the waiting area or sit outside and enjoy the view!

Directions to State Road 120

Coming from the North - From Interstate 69 take exit 157- the Lake George/Jamestown/Fremont/Orland exit.
Turn right off the exit. Go left at the four-way stop and stay on that road until you reach State Road 120 (stop light).

Coming from the South - From Interstate 69 take exit 154- Orland/Fremont exit.
Turn left off the exit and stay on that road until you reach State Road 120 (stop light).

Coming from the West - Exit the 80/90 toll road at the Howe/Lagrange exit.
Turn right off the exit (towards Howe) and follow that road to State Road 120 (stop light).

Coming from the East - Exit the 80/90 toll road at the Angola exit- first exit in Indiana.
Follow the signs to State Road 120.

Follow directions above from 120 to the clinic.
