Treatment Options

We customize treatment programs to fit the needs of our clients. Treatment programs can range from a one-hour session every few months to multiple hours per day for up to two weeks in a row.

When first beginning treatment, it is beneficial to receive consistent treatment. The more frequently you receive treatments, the quicker your body will feel the benefits. You will also be taught how to self-treat during the first treatment session. This way you will be able to actually improve between sessions.

We will help you determine which treatment plan will be most beneficial for you.

Submitting for Insurance

Motion For Life is an out-of-network provider. This means that our clinic does not submit for insurance reimbursement. We will provide all the receipts so you can submit them to your insurance company. Payment is due at the time of the treatment.

To submit for Physical Therapy you need the following:

  • A prescription signed by a MD or DO
  • The prescription needs to say “Physical Therapy Evaluate and Treat”
  • The prescription needs a diagnosis
  • The prescription needs to have been written within the last 30 days

Questions to ask your insurance company:

  • How much will they pay for an out-of-network provider?
  • What do they need to have turned in to them?

It is the individuals responsibility to find out what their insurance provider's requirements are.
